When should I pay my deposit?

As soon as possible, it is the only way I can guarantee the date you request.

Do you provide food?

I provide a variety of pre packaged treats that are custom wrapped to match your theme. These include: mini water, capri suns, chocolate bars, mini chip bags, mini pringles & rice krispie treats.

How long does set up take?

This will depend on how large your party is. But, approximately 1-2 hours. Tear down is only about 30-60 minutes.

Do you require anything from the customer?

I ask that you arrive to the venue on the agreed time. Please have the area for set up easily accessible, clear, clean and ready for set up. Tables and chairs must be set up if Partydreams Toledo will be decorating.  Delays, or difficulties getting to venue could result in extra fees.

Can you do any theme?

Yes! If you need a theme that is not in stock, we will require about 3-4 weeks notice in order to get all the items in time.

What themes do you have in stock?

Toy Story, Mickey Mouse, Princess, Unicorn, Mermaid, Dinosaur, Tropical, Basketball, Rugrats, Nautical, Lumberjack, Two-Tii Frutti, Ballerina, Bohemian Chic, Fortnite, Winter Wonderland, UNO, Donut, Oh the places you'll go, Spa Party,  & Safari

Once I make my deposit, when is the balance due.

It is required one week prior to party . If you would prefer to make payments, you are welcome to do that as well.

What forms of payment do you take?

I will email you an invoice and you can pay for it how you choose online.
