We have had indoor installs last months! However, It depends on the environment and exactly what type of install you choose.

Yes, we offer outdoor installs. We always require a backup plan, as weather is so unpredictable with rain, wind, and heat. We will guide you on best placement to make them last as long as possible.

Definitely! We have a variety of backdrops from wood walls, greenery walls, chiara walls, shimmer walls and custom backdrops/framing.

Yes, smaller balloon options and arrangements as well as balloon bouquets are available for pick up.

We have a minimum of $400 for something that our team will be installing and returning to pick up. We also offer delivery only options that do not need to meet that minimum.

We sure can! We have 60+ color options! We prefer an invite, or logo to help us to match your colors the best that we can.

If we are returning to pick up framing, we can dispose of the balloons for you. Or, you are welcome to keep. Otherwise, you would be responsible for disposing, unless you pay for our striking service.

We understand things happen. However, any payment made to Partydreams is non-refundable. We can however, apply what you've paid to a future event within 6 months of your original event date.

If you know you want to book Partydreams, we require a $100 deposit to start designing. Once we know exactly what you would like, we will invoice you for 50% of your total as a retainer to secure your date. The balance will be due 2 weeks prior to your event. Invoices will be emailed and can be paid via the link in the email.
